Senior Specialist Product Engineering

In this position, you will analyze data from tests and manufacturing processes in order to optimize the quality and yield of products. You will identify yield tractors, drive improvements and report regularly to internal and external stakeholders. In your new role you will: - **Analyze data from parameter - and functional-tests **(wafer and component tests), and **manufacturing processes **using modern analysis methods and tools including data science solutions - **Optimize yield and quality **for our complex Infineon products - **Identify and analyze yield detractors **(design, test, technology) - **Evaluate manufacturing experiments **as well as **drive and implement improvements **in collaboration with experts from various departments - Regularly **report yield **(yield trends, pareto charts) to internal and external partners - **Disposition wafers after their functional test **according to relevant quality criteria You recognize the fundamental causes of problems and understand how to derive appropriate solutions. In doing so, you take responsibility for shared goals and prioritize team results over personal interests. In this position, you continuously work to make things better, faster, and more efficient. Your excellent communication skills also make it easy for you to build networks and collaborate across borders, while appreciating the contributions of others. You meet the requirements for this position if you: - Hold a completed **university degree **, preferably in electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or a comparable technical field - Have 1-3 years of **experience in mass data analysis **, ideally in semiconductor technology - Are skilled in using **MS Office **and possess **general programming knowledge**: - Communicate effectively in both **German and English** This is the world’s first high-volume production site for power semiconductors on 300 mm wafers. **Driving decarbonization and digitalization.
