Tasks

**Activities are**:
- **Infrastructure activities**:

- Rack space assignment
- Power cabling
- LAN Cabling
- Cabling for any other technology (e.g. analog/ISDN-Telephone, S2M, E1, STM1, clock)
- RF Cabling
- SIC access management (ID Cards)
- Optical cabling
- Patching
- Labelling of all elements and cablings
- Rack mounting, dismounting and rebuilding of elements
- Dismounting of elements
- Stock management
- Spare part management (incl. CTDI process handling)
- Electrical disposal / hard drive disposal
- Reception and sending of goods
- Thermal imaging and RF safety checks
- Documentation (e.g. assets, cabling, DGUV3)
- Management and issue of inventory numbers (“CO#” Numbers)
- Management of availability and functionalities of the RF Chamber

**Requirements**:
Special requirements regarding electrical safety and responsibilities

The supplier shall provide the system responsible for electrical installation and equipment (Anlagenverantwortlicher/Betriebsverantwortlicher für elektrischen Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln gem. DIN VDE 0105-100).

To completely fulfil these requirements, the suppliers shall have personnel onsite. Installation of racks and connecting any kind of power supply shall be conducted only by a qualified german and english speeking electrician (Elektrofachkraft EN 50110-1:2008-09-01 chapter 3.2.3)

**(Elektrofachkraft**: A qualified electrician is a person who, due to its technical training, knowledge and experience as well as knowledge of the relevant standards, several years of professional experience tasks assigned to him, evaluate and recognize possible hazards (DIN VDE 0105 Part 100))

The AuS licence (“Arbeiten unter Spannung” / working under voltage) is required for the personnel deployed.

All education, qualifications, training and certificates on the above points must be proactively provided, the Customer employee survey form for EFKs must be completed and the EFK organisation chart must be provided (VEFK or responsibilities).

Confirmation is required that the supplier has insurance that covers all damage caused (personal injury and property damage)

A proof needs to be provided, that an entry in the commercial register / register of craftsmen (Handelsregister / Handwerkerrolle) has been made.
