We are looking for you We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist (f/m/d). This position will be based in our Frankfurt office.

Part of our wider Cybersecurity team, the IAM Specialist will support process development across our IAM technologies, be responsible for the implementation of changes, investigate issues which arise and collaborate with our Active Directory and other IT teams.

Your responsibilities will consist of both the day-to-day duties and project management of key initiatives. This role will be a blend of stakeholder management, program management, as well as technical security solution design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a detailed knowledge and technical capability in IAM technologies, specifically solutions such as One Identity, CyberArk, and Active Directory
- Technical point of contact for IAM engineering on a day-to-day basis, co-developing requirements and devising technical solutions
- Support the business in understanding their requirements and proposing potential solutions
- Handle tasks and improvements in Jira, implementing small projects directly and supporting consultants on larger project implementations
- Responsible for the automation and optimisation of global processes in the IAM area (design and implementation of automated workflows with the related approval, control, and audit purposes)
- Collaborate with various technology teams, IT Risk and Enterprise Architecture to identify, select, and implement appropriate technologies to support our IAM programme
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of processes and technologies across the end-to-end IAM lifecycle (e.g. Identity creation, distribution, updates, re-certification, and revocation, as well as Access request and approve, provision and deprovision, monitor, and recertify.)
- Keep up a proficient level of knowledge of security and IAM across our key technologies (Windows, Mobile, Linux, Virtualisation, Network, Cloud, etc. and at the OS, Middleware and Application levels)

**Key Requirements/Skills/Experience**:

- Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study
- Specific industry qualifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.) is a plus
- Ideally 3 years of experience in direct IAM
- Detailed knowledge of IAM processes and technologies
- Specific experience with One Identity is required, CyberArk is preferred
- Development experience in One Identity, including programming and scripting for automation
- Broad knowledge and understanding of the primary technologies in use at AllianzGI and a demonstrable ability to research and learn new technologies
- Proven track record in working with diverse global teams, as well as good communication skills
- Select and work closely with external cybersecurity partners as is required to supplement/complement internal capabilities as well as the identification and selection of supporting security technologies
- Experience balancing multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills and ability to develop a network in a short amount of time
- Proficient in English required, additional language skills are a plus
