**Your area of work**:
The Deutsche Börse CTO area develops and runs the groupwide Information Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure, develops and operates innovative IT products and offers services to the rest of the Group upon which they can build. The CTO area plays a significant role in achieving the Group’s strategic goals by leading transformation and supporting a stable operating environment.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Maintains and manages an inventory of ICT services offered by the CTO area including their pricing models, defined key performance indicators, and associated customers.
- Supports the inclusion of relevant ICT services in a division wide IT services catalogue through enabling activities such as researching existing service portfolio, discussing with supplier teams to refine, cluster and harmonise the portfolio.
- Proposes solutions to further refine the portfolio and simplify its structure and handling for fulfilment of downstream processes.
- Liaises with the Service Management team to ensure service delivery statements are created that fulfil all formal requirements and that they are aware of all service lifecycle changes such as new or changed services, new or changed KPI definition, etc.
- Explores, suggests and implements process improvements through automation..

**Your profile**:

- An understanding of contract law is beneficial
- Show a high degree of initiative and assumption of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a team or autonomously as required.
- Proven written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, German skills a benefit.
