**Head of Finance and Accounting (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse für die deutschen Konzerngesellschaften nach HGB und IFRS gemeinsam mit dem 8 köpfigen Finance & Accounting-Team
- Vollständige bilanzielle Abbildung der Geschäftsvorfälle über alle Bereiche des Accountings hinweg (z. B. Hauptbuch, Debitoren-, Kreditoren
- und Anlagenbuchhaltung)
- Überstellung der IFRS-Berichte zur Konsolidierung an das Group Reporting sowie Unterstützung im Rahmen der Intercompany-Abstimmung
- Unterstützung der externen Steuerberater bei der Erstellung der Steuererklärungen sowie Bearbeitung sonstiger behördlicher Anfragen
- Finanzintegration neuer Konzerngesellschaften im Rahmen von Neugründungen oder M&A-Projekten
- Erster Ansprechpartner für Wirtschafts
- und Betriebsprüfer
- Steuerung und Bearbeitung von Projekten mit Accounting-Bezug nach Bedarf

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich absolviertes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchalter (international)
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Accounting-Umfeld, davon mind. 3 Jahre mit Führungsverantwortung
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS sowie Grundkenntnisse im Steuerrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und gängiger Software
