**Your Impact**:

- ** Design & Develop CRM Content**: Craft compelling and engaging CRM materials that captivate and convert.
- ** Cut & Grade Video Content**: Edit and enhance video footage, ensuring each frame tells a story.
- ** Create Short Animations & Motion Graphics**: Bring ideas to life with dynamic animations and motion graphics.
- ** Design Rich Content Placements**: Innovate and design engaging content across various digital platforms.
- ** Adapt Online Advertising Materials**: Tailor online ads for different channels including Social Media, Display Ads, and more.
- ** Develop Microsites**: Build and optimize microsites that provide seamless user experiences.
- ** Process Global Campaign Assets**: Customize and adapt global campaign assets for the EMEA region, creating regional ad templates.
- ** Organize & Administer Creative Services**: Manage the Creative Service data and server structure to ensure smooth operations.

**Who You Are**:

- ** Educational Background**: Educated as a Media Designer or holding a degree in Graphics or Communications Design / UX.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Experienced in CRM workflows, with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- ** Adobe Creative Cloud Expert**: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- ** Web Design Savvy**: Quick to dive into and understand web-based design and development tools.
- ** Aesthetic & Innovation-Driven**: Possess a strong sense of aesthetics and best practices in the digital design world, with a keen eye for emerging trends.
- ** Quality-Focused**: Maintain a “Can do” attitude with a meticulous attention to quality and detail.
- ** Team-Oriented & Self-Structured**: Work well both independently and as part of a team, always with a focus on achieving outstanding results.
- ** Fluent in English**: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
