**You’ll make an impact by**
- **Supporting strategic development** by conducting research and data analysis and benchmarking best practices by researching peer organizations and industry leaders.
- **Monitoring key partnerships** across our sustainability impact areas—tracking activities, participation, and staying up to date on relevant events and developments.
- **Contributing to membership governance** by managing content repository, coordinating regular meetings, and ensuring effective follow-up on decisions and outcomes.
- **Facilitating cross-functional collaboration** by supporting coordination between internal teams and external partners, helping to align sustainability initiatives across departments.
- **Preparing impactful materials** including presentations and briefing documents for leadership, while capturing and documenting key insights from our partnerships.

**Your defining qualities**
- ** Education**:
- Currently you are a student of sustainability / economics or a related area
- ** Experience & Skills**:
- Ideally initial practical experience and theoretical knowledge in the field of sustainability, business intelligence or analytics
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
- ** Ways of working**:
- You have an independent working style and willingness to take up responsibilities
- You have strong team skills, are organized and ability to work to deadlines makes you stand out
- You feel comfortable in multi-national environments and virtual team settings
- ** Languages**:
- You have an excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and German
