Als Customer Support Specialist bist du bei uns genau richtig, wenn du Lust hast den weiteren Ausbau unseres Care Teams mitzugestalten. Arbeite mit uns in Berlin im Office oder flexibel hybrid, Vollzeit. Starte ab sofort oder in den nächsten 4 Monaten.
Aufgaben
**Deine Rolle bei Matera**:

- Beratung und Unterstützung der Kund\*innen zu verschiedensten Fragestellungen sowie Beauftragung und Koordination von Dienstleistern, sowohl telefonisch als auch per Mail
- Verteilung der eingehenden Anfragen auf die zuständigen Teams
- Smarte Automatisierung der bestehenden Abläufe
- Aufbau einer Wissensbasis für wiederkehrende Fragen

Qualifikation
**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du gehst Probleme kreativ an und bleibst dran, bis du die perfekte Lösung gefunden hast
- Du hast Spaß am Kontakt mit Menschen
- Du hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Immobilien, oder Recht sind von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf sehr gutem Niveau und kannst sicher auf Englisch kommunizieren
