Intern E-commerce

We, EOS - world market leader for 3D printing, are looking for you to support our e-commerce team in Krailling or remote (in Germany).

THAT MAKES IT SPECIAL:
As an active member of our e-commerce team, you will help to develop and grow our online store and e-commerce capabilities. This will involve assisting product managers in positioning products in the online store and collaborating with cross-functional teams and working on new features.

YOUR TASKS:

- You assist with UX design and content management and are also responsible for managing, planning and reviewing our weekly sprints with the software development team
- You analyze the performance and Google Analytics data of the online store and consolidate the findings in regular reports to C-level executives.
- You organize and moderate meetings with product line managers, marketing and other stakeholders and prepare presentations for senior management as well as C-level executives.
- You conduct market research, including competitive analyses to inform new features and investment
- You will independently manage smaller projects that contribute to our overall strategy and growth of e-commerce at EOS.

WHAT YOU NEED:
A bright and energetic personality who takes a self-driven approach to work and is willing to take on any task hands-on. You have knowledge and interest in both the technical and business aspects of digital technologies and innovation processes and are motivated to improve the world through digital product development here at EOS. And additionally:

- You are a University student in a fields relevant to Ecommerce such as Digital Product Development, UX and/or Interaction Design, Sales, Business Administration, or Digital Marketing
- You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English as well as German (ideal, but not required)
- You have strong analytical and organizational skills to complete detail-oriented tasks while meeting deadlines
- You are familiar with methodologies such as Scrum and tools such as Figma, Miro, Asana and Atlassian Suite
- You are highly interested in product management and UX design
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in agile working and are familiar with UX and design thinking methods
- You have some experience in the field of e-commerce or other digital industry
