**Your mission**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position the company as a leader in UAV defense and security solutions
- Build and manage the global brand identity, public relations, and corporate communications
- Oversee B2G and B2B marketing campaigns targeting military, government, and critical infrastructure clients
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, industry reports, and executive visibility at defense events
- Lead PR initiatives, crisis communication, and media relations within the defense and security sectors
- Manage content strategy, digital marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement
- Foster strategic partnerships with defense organizations, industry influencers, and policy-makers
- Measure marketing performance and ROI, ensuring data-driven decision-making

**Your profile**:

- 8+ years experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in defense, aerospace, security, or technology sectors
- Proven expertise in brand building, PR, digital marketing, and corporate communications
- Experience in B2G/B2B marketing and complex sales cycles for government procurement
- Strong understanding of defense industry regulations, compliance, and ITAR-sensitive communication
- Track record of executing high-impact campaigns for thought leadership and market positioning
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills to scale a high-performance marketing organization

Nice to have
- Experience with military procurement processes and defense contracting
- Background in cybersecurity, AI, or autonomous systems marketing
- Knowledge of global defense markets, NATO procurement, and international expansion strategies
