From our **THE BARN Roastery in Berlin,** we are sending fresh Specialty Coffee Beans to our international café partners and webshop subscribers across the world. You will be daily processing our incoming b2c and b2b-orders, organise export-documents and book the transportation tickets. Working hands-on in dispatch and on the packing floor is your daily routine. A vivid exchange with our sales and webshop team, the roast team and the logistics companies make this position super interesting. English is a pre-requisite, and German is a plus when it comes to handling the export documents and the parties involved.

We are looking for a self-organised team player to fit our fantastic, international team which is integrated in our Roastery in Berlin-Wedding. You are solution oriented, and you work towards set deadlines. Ideally you bring in experience working with freight forwarders and shipping. This position is a full-time job starting at 8am weekdays.

**YOUR PROFILE**

This position is easy to run if you are good at office administration, keep track and be organized with procedures and holding deadlines.
The ability to work accurate and fast is required.
You bring previous experience in logistics floor work.
Fast learner, responsive and good communicator.
German & English is the best combination for us.

**LOCATION**

Wattstraße 10-13, Berlin-Humboldthain (5 minutes by bicycle from Rosenthaler Platz)

**CONTRACT**

Part-time. 25-30 hours per week. 4 weekdays, starting at 8 am
Term: 1 year with option to extend
Hourly Pay: minimum 15 EUR / depending on qualification

**IMPORTANT NOTES**

You do need an EU passport or working permit for Germany.
