Overview:

At our Bruker Daltonics HQ in Bremen/ remote we are looking for a Product Support Specialist (M/F/d) timsOmni solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical support for service colleagues around the world during installation, maintenance and repairs
- Checking of installed software products for compatibility
- Coordination of spare parts deliveries
- Support of the user in dealing with the systems
- 2nd level support of service colleagues during their onsite visits in troubleshooting and repairing the systems
- Logging of support and service operations in the customer management system (Sales Force CRM)
- Use and expansion of support tools (e.g. knowledgebase) to continuously improve processes in after-sales customer support
- Initiate product improvements
- active role form participation in R&D meetings up to launch accompaning to ensure a smooth roll-out of new instruments in the market
- Occasional national and international service visits
- Regular onsite exchange in the factory in Bremen
- controller function of escalations

Qualifications:

- Completed studies in the field of engineering or natural sciences, technician training or similar
- Experience in electrical engineering, physical engineering or related fields
- General interest in technical contexts and instrumental analysis
- Very good communication skills and personal charisma with integrity to build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues worldwide
- High self-motivation and the willingness to work in a team and contribute to a common goal
- Good organizational talent with the ability to flexibly work on several tasks with different priorities
- Business thinking; reliability
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written English
- good IT skills
