Director of Growth and Paid Acquisition

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on **Director of Paid Acquisition & Growth (M/F/d)**to lead performance marketing at voy in Germany. You’ll take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy - scaling core channels, testing new ones, and driving sustainable, data-led growth for our recently launched weight loss treatments.
In this role, you’ll oversee execution across all major performance channels, lead a high-performing local team, and drive experimentation across the funnel to improve conversion and efficiency. From optimizing media mix and CRO to shaping our MarTech stack and go-to-market strategy, you’ll build the systems, insights, and momentum that power our next phase of growth.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- **Own the Acquisition Strategy**: Define and lead our paid acquisition strategy across all performance marketing channels. Translate business goals into scalable growth plans with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
- **Lead Performance Marketing Execution**: Oversee all paid media channels including Meta, Google, Native, Programmatic, and emerging platforms. Drive efficiency and media mix modeling while managing internal teams and agency partners.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Build and run a structured CRO roadmap. Own experimentation across the website and user funnel to systematically increase conversion rates. Lead on A/B testing and work closely with Product and Design.
- **Go-to-Market**: Develop and execute acquisition strategies for launching new products and markets. Ensure fast, data-driven rollouts that are aligned with Product, Sales, and Brand teams.
- **MarTech & Tracking Infrastructure**: Own and evolve our marketing tech stack from analytics and attribution to automation and campaign tooling. Ensure data reliability, tracking accuracy, and actionable reporting across platforms.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Act as a key partner to Product, BI, Creative, and Engineering teams to align acquisition efforts with broader business goals. Drive transparency, shared learning, and consistent messaging across touchpoints.
**What are we looking for**:
- **Proven Growth Leadership**: 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance-driven digital roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, ideally in a B2C or DTC environment.
- **Performance Marketing Expertise**: Deep knowledge of key acquisition channels (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok), with a track record of managing 7-figure budgets effectively.
- **CRO & Experimentation Skills**: Strong background in conversion optimisation, A/B testing, and funnel performance analytics.
- **GTM Execution**: Experience launching products in new markets or segments, with strong strategic and operational capabilities.
- **MarTech & Automation**: Hands-on experience with modern marketing technology stacks (e.g., tracking, attribution, automation, CDPs), and ability to evaluate and implement tools to scale performance and efficiency.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Proficiency in marketing analytics and BI tools, with a passion for data-driven decision making.
- **Leadership & Communication**: Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
