**The Team** - your impact

**Your Role** - meaningful & rewarding
- Contribute to the planning and execution of communication campaigns and activities
- Draft engaging communication articles (Intranet blog articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletter digests) around digitalisation, AI and sustainability topics
- Create content for knowledge-sharing community calls
- Work closely with our team experts to collect information on project launches, events, tech updates, etc.
- Conduct research on global market and industry trends in the areas of digital, AI and sustainability.
- Collect and analyse data insights on content performance and create reports to evaluate and optimise our activities.
- Coordinate and set up internal events and meetings.

**Your Profile** - authentic & open-minded
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Motivated self-starter with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in German (C1 level) and English, showcasing an understanding of storytelling and audience engagement.
- Great storytelling skills and ability to design impactful presentations.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in marketing and content creation is a plus.
