**Job description**
Description: The position entails the full management of the sample lifecycle, including order loading and sample release, sample check and shipments, management of sample discrepancies and returns, as well as loading of related orders. You will work closely with the headquarters team and data analysts and will have the opportunity to explore the fascinating German eyewear market. The role also involves frequent travel nationally (Germany) and internationally (Switzerland, Austria, Italy). Main Duties & Responsibilities The position entails the following responsibilities: - Order uploading and release of samples - Sample check and shipments - Handling of sample returns & general samples management - Coordination with headquarters for anomaly management on returns - Inventory support - Assistance in defining inventory closing guidelines - Analysis and approval of missing sample management - Sending sample transfer documents between agents - Technical stock transfers management between agents on SAP - Closure of sample-related stock SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Commercial education or equivalent level qualification - Ideally practical and theoretical knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel - Preferably first experience with SAP and BW - Smart/quick/agile/proactive - German native speaker (or equivalent) and fluent in English Personal Profile - Logical & structured mindset - Detail oriented - Proactive and analytical working approach - Team-oriented with the ability to develop internal relationships - Motivated to further develop on a professional and personal level Package & Perks - Job Ticket for public transportation - Free parking and trendy office location at the hearth of Cologne - Corporate purchases at discounted price - Hybrid working model (2 days in Cologne)
