**Your career at Deutsche Börse Group**:
**Your area of work;**

Your will work in the Master IDP Coordinator Team within the Regulatory Outsourcing Management Unit of Deutsche Börse AG in Eschborn. This team works closely with selected Stakeholders of the IDP Framework.
As a IDP Coordinator, you will closely work together with the Master IDP Coordination Function to evaluate and report on the implementation status of the Individual Data Processing (IDP) Framework in all covered Legal Entities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- In this role you are jointly responsible for establishing the guidelines for documenting the control activities which must be performed by the responsible 1st Line of Defense (LoD) role holders in the Framework
- You are also responsible for the provision of a central documentation archive covering all executed control activities within the covered Legal Entities
- Additionally, you will set up and execute additional sample checks on the existing control documentation to ensure completeness and correctness of the classified IDPs
- You will contribute to increase IDP awareness on all levels by creating and managing mandatory trainings and dedicated communication channels
- In addition, you will act as a support function for respective Stakeholders of the covered Legal Entities to address questions regarding the execution of 1st LoD control activities within the Framework
- You will be tasked with verifying the migration plans for critical IDPs in alignment with respective Stakeholders
- You will actively escalate identified non-compliances with the Framework to the Executive Boards of the relevant covered Legal Entities
- Finally, you are responsible for management reporting to the Executive Board of DBAG

**Your profile**:

- You have either completed your university degree in business administration or IT or you have at least five years of professional experience in the fields of project management, support function tasks or similar coordination functions
- Ideally, you are experienced with process management and related tools
- You have a cooperative nature and great communication skills, as well as organizational and analytical skills, which will help you to easily familiarize yourself with new topics and changes in existing processes
- You can work independently and proactively
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English
