Join Phoenix and kickstart a promising career in the telecommunications Industry As a **Warehouse Keeper,** you will be responsible for overseeing the daily, overall operations within our warehouses.

In Phoenix Engineering you will find a flexible and modern work environment, while encountering the technology trends and challenges of the latest telecommunications technology.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Implementing operational policies and procedures
- Implementing and overseeing security operations
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of machinery & equipment
- Assisting with deliveries where required
- Reviewing and preparing workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service

**To qualify for the role, you must have**:

- 5+ years of warehouse management experience
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
- Valid drivers' license
- Ability to operate forklift effectively
- Proficient computer skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
