How you will leave your mark:
- You will be a part of the Montblanc Academy, headquartered in Hamburg.
- You will collaborate with the Senior Product Training Manager and the European Training Manager to develop training materials for categories such as Writing Instruments, Leather Goods, Timepieces, New Technologies, Accessories, Eyewear, and Fragrances. These training materials will be tailored for our Retail, Franchise, and Wholesale networks worldwide.
- You will be involved in every step, from creation to delivery:
- Crafting the quarterly training magazine, translated into 11 languages and distributed in print to all markets.
- Producing videos for the Inside Montblanc mini-series showcasing the behind-the-scenes of our 4 Montblanc manufactures and the expertise of its artisans and experts - translated and shared through the training mobile app and the intranet.
- Creating slideshows and trainer guides for the field's Training Managers' community, supporting product launches across all markets.
- You will track the success of Product Trainings in different markets, assess their impact, and suggest improvements for upcoming trainings.
How you will experience success with us:
- Your studies encompass training, human resources, communication, marketing, luxury or retail.
- You have gained initial practical experience, such as through internships or training (desirable).
- You are fluent in English - French is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), InDesign, and Photoshop is essential.
- You possess creativity, attention to detail, and grasp the significance of Client Centricity.
- You are agile and have the ability to manage diverse parallel projects in a dynamic setting.
- You are driven, a self-starter, focused on solutions, and a great team player within a multicultural environment.
