Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir motivierte **Sales-Promoter (m/w/d)** auf **Minijob
- / Teilzeitbasis** für den Vertrieb unserer **PV-Anlagen**. Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, erklärst komplexe Themen verständlich und hast Freude am Abschluss? Dann passt du perfekt zu uns

Deine Aufgaben:

- Aktive **Kundenansprache an der Haustür** in zugeteilten Gebieten (keine Kaltanrufe)
- **Bedarfsanalyse** und Erstberatung zu PV-Anlagen, Speicher & Wallbox
- **Qualifizierte Leads** aufnehmen und an den Innendienst/Technik übergeben
- **Dokumentation** der Gespräche und Routen (digital)
- Optional**:Teilnahme an Vor-Ort-Terminen** bis zum Abschluss

Dein Profil:

- **Kommunikativ**, freundlich und überzeugend - du kannst Vorteile klar vermitteln
- **Eigenständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise** und Zielorientierung
- **Deutsch** sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
- **Mobilität**: Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert (kein Muss)
- **Mindestalter: 18 Jahre**:

- Erste Erfahrung im **Direktvertrieb**oder **Verkauf** wünschenswert
- Technisches Grundverständnis und Lernbereitschaft im Bereich erneuerbare Energien
