Vehicle Instrumentation Technician

**Project description**:
ADAS validation project involving Front Camera, Suround view cameras, Radars and ultrasonics sensors.
Focus for this position is to perform modification of the data collection vehicle according provided specification in order to be able to collect data from sensors and reference systems in different Worldwide regions

**Responsibilities**:
Conducting conversions of test vehicles according to requirements

Manufacture of cable harnesses

Mechanical production of structures

System diagnostics and troubleshooting

Do the link between system specification and system test specification

Equipment of series and prototype vehicles with sensors systems

Mechanical integration of sensors with prototype bracket, prototype HMI

Electrical integration of sensors, HMI ECUs into vehicle Maintenance of test equipment, test devices and test cars

First level maintenance of test vehicle fleet

**Skills**:
Must have

Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in automotive industry.

Proven Hands-On Experience in:
Installing and calibrating radar, camera, and ultrasonic sensors in vehicles.

Usage of measurement equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes).

Soldering techniques.

Nice to have

Efficient teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive electronics, sensor technology, and ECU systems.

knowledge of MS Office

Documentation Skills: Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed.

Class B driving license

At least basic mechanical skills (drilling, sawing, soldering).

Experience in working with vehicle electrics

High voltage training (EUP, HV1, HV2)

Working with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, KPM

Experience with customers tools (depending on customer)

Experience with Flash-tools (ODIS, INCA), Analysis-tools (CANOE/CANALYZER/ADTF), Dataloggers (TTTech)
