We are looking for a full-time** Executive Housekeeper (M/F/d)** to strengthen our team. **This is what your day looks like**: - Responsibility for maintaining service and cleanliness standards in all rooms and public areas - Planning, scheduling and operational processes for cleaning staff - Responsibility for the final inspection and approval of the cleaned rooms - Processing invoices and delivery bills for your department - Controlling and managing costs in the areas of external companies, cleaning agents and personnel - Responsibility for the administrative and operational management of the HSK team - Training and promoting new team members **That's what we want from you**: - at least 2 years of relevant management experience in housekeeping in the hotel industry - a professional and friendly demeanor - Experienced leader who is empathetic to their team - Your winning demeanor, can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality - Your motivation inspires the team to perform at their best and as a true team player you support the leadership team professionally in word and deed with your expertise **What would you do with €250?** Our benefits are designed to help you get the best out of yourself every day.
