**Your position at a glance**
We’re looking for an inspiring and dedicated team member who can help us take our products to the next level. You’ll be responsible for managing the product development process from start to finish, while acting as the primary communicator and link between all internal stakeholders.

**Your tasks**
- Translate the product vision, goals, and initiatives into product concepts and features
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and teams and act as the primary liaison between them
- Manage release planning
- Create and communicate clear instructions and deliverables for internal teams
- Define user stories and customer journeys
- Review UX concepts, flows and high res designs
- Manage the product backlog, oversee development stages and prioritize needs
- Be accountable for each product development stage, inspect and evaluate its progress regularly
- Be accountable for product features and their success in and value to the product (short and long-term)

**Your profile**
- Good knowledge and proven experience in software development and agile methodologies
- Proven experience in working as product owner or similar role
- Comfortable with working in agile frameworks like SCRUM and Kanban
- Good understanding of basic software development principles
- Willingness to acquire additional technical knowledge as needed
- Excellent analytical, organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Have a genuine interest in product features, success metrics and capturing product value

**This is a plus**
- M.S. or B.S. degree in Business, Computer Science or related fields
- Certificates: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scrum Professional, Project Management (IPMA/Prince/etc.)
- German or Russian language skills
