In Ihrer Rolle als Technical Lead Electronics Engineering (m/w/d) sind Sie für die fachliche Führung des Electronics Engineering Teams zuständig. Zudem sind Sie verantwortlich für die Koordination von Elektronik-Projekten vom Konzept bis zur Serieneinführung.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Experte und Entscheidungsträger im Electronics Engineering Team
- Aufgabenmanagement für das EE-Team und Schnittstelle zu agil arbeitenden Bereichen und Sustaining Management
- Analyse von komplexen elektronischen Problemstellungen und Koordination von Lösungsfindungen oder Gegenmaßnahmen
- Kompetenzträger für Elektronik im Architekten Team
- Fachliche Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung, Abstimmung und Genehmigung von Projektplänen
- Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung von internen Standards für bestimmte Elektronikkomponenten
- Definition und stetige Optimierung der Entwicklungsprozesse für Elektronik eingebettet in die vorhandene Prozesslandschaft
- Unterstützung bei der Steuerung und Auswahl von Systemlieferanten
- Kompetenzträger zum Thema elektrische / konstruktive Sicherheit in Bezug auf DIN EN 60601
- Sicherung und Ausbau der Kompetenzen des EE-Teams in Bereichen wie Digital
- und Analogtechnik, Systemarchitektur, Mikrocontrollertechnik, Sensorauswertung und Embedded Software

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Naturwissenschaften
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektronikentwicklung, vorzugsweise für medizinische Produkte
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Hardwareentwicklung sowie gutes grundlegendes technisches Verständnis
- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung hardwarenaher Software sowie fundierte fachliche Führungskompetenzen wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse der FME-Produkte vorteilhaft
- Kooperativ mit sehr guter Kommunikationskompetenz
- Mut zur fachlichen Führung ohne disziplinarische Verantwortung
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im In
- und Ausland
