**The Team -**your impact
Our team provides the group-wide ITSM platform with which we provide the processes for request management, incident management, problem management and change management. In this role, you will use your expertise to communicate our activities and functionalities to our stakeholders.

**Your Role -** meaningful & rewarding
- Drive Communication & Marketing Strategies : Develop and implement targeted communication and marketing strategies for our Domain to enhance their visibility and impact.
- Tell Our Story : Translate complex IT and digitalization topics into clear, engaging content for various audiences - from internal stakeholders to external partners.
- Create Compelling Content: Produce high-quality texts, visuals, videos, and presentations for multiple communication channels (intranet, newsletters, social media, events, etc.).
- Manage Campaigns & Projects: Plan and execute communication and marketing campaigns, keeping track of timelines, deliverables, and budgets while aligning with key stakeholders.
- Optimize Digital Presence: Maintain and further develop content for internal platforms like the User Ordering Portal, ensuring they are user-friendly and tailored to the target audience.
- Support Leadership: Prepare presentations, speeches, and key messages for executives, strategically positioning relevant topics.
- Bring Fresh Ideas: Experiment with innovative communication formats and tools to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with IT and digital experts as well as internal and external stakeholders to identify relevant stories and impactful messaging.

**Your Profile -** authentic & open-minded
- Proven track record in corporate communications, marketing, or a similar role, ideally focused on IT or digital topics.
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively.
- Talent for transforming technical content into engaging and understandable narratives (text, visuals, and video).
- Well-organized, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CMS systems, graphic design tools, and digital marketing strategies; experience with audio and video tools is a plus.
- Enjoys collaborating with various teams, communicative, and actively contributes new ideas.
- Eager to experiment with new communication approaches and find creative ways to position key topics effectively.
