This role offers **20 hours per week**, **initially** **limited to one year with the possibility of extending for an additional year, based in Berlin**. As a Working Student, you will gain practical experience and insights into operational procurement, while also learning how automation and data analytics influence procurement processes and organizational strategies.**This will be your challenge**:
- Supporting the GTC procurement team in day-to-day business with a focus on ordering (processing purchase requisitions and orders)
- Answering user and supplier queries on all purchasing-related topics
- Collaborating with colleagues from operational purchasing and the IT department to ensure continuous process improvement and simplification through standardization, digitization, and automation of the end-to-end source-to-pay process.
**Bring in your strengths**:
- You are currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,** with at least 1 year (2 semesters) left in your studies.**:
- **Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)**, additional EU language skills are a plus.
- Passion for problem solving and learning new technologies
- Strong analytical and structured working approach, along with excellent communication skills.
