**Über WifOR**:
Das unabhängige Wirtschaftsforschungsinstitut WifOR ist ein Spin-Off der Technischen Universität Darmstadt. Seit unserer Gründung 2009 übersetzen wir volkswirtschaftliche Analysen in Entscheidungsgrundlagen - in den Bereichen Arbeitsmarkt, Nachhaltigkeit und Gesundheit. Unsere Mission: mithilfe von Studien datenbasierte Lösungen für die Anforderungen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu entwickeln, globale Standards in der Impact-Messung zu setzen und die Bedeutung von Gesundheitsinvestitionen weltweit sichtbar zu machen. WifOR beschäftigt über 75 Mitarbeitende in Deutschland, Griechenland, Lateinamerika und den USA.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Durchführung wissenschaftlicher Analysen in den Bereichen Arbeitsmarkt
- und Sozialpolitik
- Selbständige Bearbeitung und Leitung von Forschungs
- und Beratungsprojekten (u.a. eines Rahmenvertrags mit einer Stiftung) in den Themenfeldern:

- Demografie, Digitalisierung & Future Skills
- Sozial-ökologische Transformation
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Mithilfe bei der Entwicklung von Dashboards und Software-Tools im Bereich der Arbeitsmarktforschung
- Kommunikation und Präsentation der Projektergebnisse vor unseren nationalen und internationalen Kund:innen
- Beteiligung an der Angebotserstellung und der Initialisierung neuer Projektvorhaben

**Dein Profil**:

- Abschluss eines wirtschaftsorientierten Hochschulstudiums mit empirischer Ausrichtung (VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Sozialwissenschaften o.ä.) - Promotion wünschenswert
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der praxisorientierten Wirtschaftsforschung, z.B. durch Leitung und Koordination multidisziplinärer Projekte und Teams
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365-Anwendungen und Statistiksoftware (z.B. R, Python)
- Lernbereitschaft (on the job), Neugierde und Offenheit für Neues
