To support our **dynamic Marketing & PR Team** in shaping the future of Modern Luxury in the **Region Europe** in Kronberg and for an immediate start we are looking for a:
**Working Student CRM & Retail Marketing Europe (M/F/d)**

**Your Tasks**:

- Support the development and implementation of the European CRM & Retail Marketing Strategy
- Investigate trends and innovations in Luxury CRM & Retail Marketing approaches (incl. non-automotive)
- Conduct Market As-is Analysis and Market Surveys
- Monitoring of Data Quality
- Ensure sufficient Data Capturing through appropriate Web Forms
- Follow-up on Incident Handling related to CRM System Improvements (Database, Lead Management System)
- Organize meetings, calls and workshops including follow-up (including agenda setting, meeting minutes, action tracker)
- Provide ad-hoc support on projects and daily requirements
- Support entire Marketing & PR department in organizational and strategic topics

**Your Skillset and Qualifications**:

- Student of Business Administration or Economics with a focus on Marketing and/or Management
- Fluent in English, our daily language of communication; German and/or other languages is beneficial but not a must
- Highly self-organised and prepared to work in a hybrid-working environment (40-60% from home)
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Fast and responsive - working to deadlines
- Creative and open-minded personality who is eager to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CRM-related systems is beneficial (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Database, Lead Management System)
