We are looking for a B2B Marketing lead to define overall team strategy and planning for DACH & Isreal - a strategic, smart, creative, and a data-driven marketer. Someone who is high-performing and thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys creating and scaling within integrated marketing channels. You should be comfortable with a broad range of responsibilities, developing and executing campaigns end-to-end including identifying target segments, developing content, establishing tracking mechanisms, and reporting and iterating on results.

Experience organising events and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget. If you’re looking to join a growing team in a high-impact role with the DACH & Isreal market, this is a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Working with the DACH & Israel General Manager Global Business Solutions, and Israel Country Manager to create a marketing strategy that is closely aligned to business goals
- Lead on the marketing strategy and planning for the region, and represent marketing at the leadership level of the global business solutions team for the region
- Together with your team, deliver roadmap of marketing activity across all channels: events and client engagement, marketing communications and industry partnerships
- Facilitate delivery of activity across the DACH & Israel commercial market
- Faciliate cross-market collaboration, project scaling and efficiencies
- Oversee and projects manage strategic events for the DACH & Israel markets, working closely with sales, Marketing Solutions, EU events and Comms teams to execute ROI positive activations that impact the industry and engage clients
- Oversees local advertising campaigns in partnership with the marketing communications team, driving new business and brand awareness
- Measure revenue impact from marketing campaign performance, gaining insight and adjust strategy and tactics accordingly. Responsible for quarterly and half year analytics
- Responsible for the marketing budget management of DACH and Israel markets
- Partner with the wider business marketing team and cross functional partners across the business to work efficiently and effectively at localising scaled content and franchised marketing touch points
- Manage a team of 4 marketers across 2 market offices (Berlin and Tel Aviv)

**Qualifications**:

- Relatable experience working as a marketing lead for a publisher, brand or start-up;
- Experience in leading teams and projects
- Strong bi-lingual communication skills in English, German (Hebrew is a plus)
- Strong examples of B2B marketing experience
- Good knowledge of the social and media landscapes - knowledge of and experience in the DACH & Israel media industry
- Self-starter, a fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking;
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
