**Main job responsibilities**:

- Advising on product range and product selection
- Support with product orders, payments and order tracking
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and returns
- Additional to these tasks you string tennis rackets

**Your skills**:

- Passionate for Customer Service to achieve a high customer satisfaction and to create customer loyalty
- Strong proficiency in Spanish and good English language skills
- Additional language skills (French, German, Italian) are a plus, but not required
- Good computer knowledge and time management
- You have high listening and communication skills
- You work independently, solution
- and service-oriented
- Despite hectic periods you keep a cool head
- Knowledge of Tennis and/or Running Products are an advantage

Please note that this position is not suitable for remote working and can only be conducted from our office in Schutterwald.
