**Tasks**:

- Trainees will complete a comprehensive training program on the role of the product owner and the skills and knowledge required to be successful in this role. This may include training on topics such as:

- Product vision and strategy.
- Agile development methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban or Lean.
- Customer-centric product development.
- Tools and techniques for managing and prioritising product features, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and impact vs. effort analysis.
- Effective communication with stakeholders, including developers, designers, customers, and general team members.
- The trainees will also learn about the energy industry in Europe, the specifics of the gas-industry and current developments, that might/will affect PRISMA’s trajectory.
- On-the-job training, you will work closely with experienced product owners to gain hands-on experience in the role. This may include tasks such as:

- Participating in agile development team meetings and ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Working with developers and designers to decide which features to include in a product using user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as writing User Acceptance Tests.
- Participating in customer research and user testing to gather insights on product needs and opportunities for improvement. Working with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets customer needs and aligns with business objectives. **Profile***:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, being able to analyse data and customer needs to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, articulating product vision and strategy to stakeholders, as well as effectively communicate progress and updates to the team.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban can be beneficial for your role, as you will work closely with agile development teams.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in software engineering, product management or related field.

Nevertheless, a variety of educational and professional backgrounds may be successful as product owner. It is important for you to have a strong interest in product development and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
