For a friendly, easy-going family living in Berlin Wedding, we are looking for **speaker of English or German**, to support them in caring for their easy going son (**14mo**).

The family is looking for a Nanny to cover 5 hours per day (flexible) from 13:00-18:00 with working days from Monday to Friday.

The first few hours of each shift will be dedicated to household management tasks such as laundry, grocery shopping for the family, making children’s appointments, and general tidying up of the flat before picking up their son from his KiTa around 14:00/15:00 and spending the rest of the afternoon/evening with him. The Nanny would then take care of him until 18:00/19:00.

After KiTa you will spend hours with the child at home or outdoors, depending on the weather. There is some flexibility with the schedule to fit the needs of the Nanny but would like for it to be a fixed long term schedule. Duties include providing a safe and nurturing environment for the child, being proactive in researching and organizing stimulating, age-appropriate activities, preparing healthy meals and providing a nurturing environment to further his development.

A solid daily routine has been established for the child, the home's atmosphere is calm and the family hope to find an experienced, long term carer to support them in maintaining their systems

The family is playful, have an open communication style and like to spend time outdoors, at the same time they are firm with routines and respectful behaviour.

This is a long-term permanent position of **25 hours** per week.

Compensation on offer starts at 1900 EUR gross per month depending on your experience and qualifications (negotiable, together with extra holiday allowance and other perks).

We will be happy to advise you on this.

**The family are experienced Nanny employers and come highly recommended by Extra Arms and their current Nanny, who will be involved in the handover.**
