Ihre Aufgaben- Unterstützung und Beratung von internationalen Vertriebspartnern zum Services-Portfolio der Lasertechnik im Hinblick auf strategische, technische und kommerzielle Fragestellungen- Gemeinschaftliche Entwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie sowie strategischer Handlungsfelder/-maßnahmen für das Services-Portfolio mit den Tochtergesellschaften- Gemeinschaftliche Länderverantwortung und Steuerung der internationalen Vertriebsorganisation anhand definierter Kennzahlen und Zielen- Marktanalysen und Potenzialidentifikation im Services Business sowie Identifikation und Begleitung von Vertriebsmaßnahmen zur Potenzialausschöpfung- Gemeinschaftliche konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Services Vertriebsstrukturen inklusive Begleitung in den Märkten sowie Konzeption und Aufbau von Vertriebsdatenstrukturen, Analysetools und Erfolgstracking
Was wir suchen- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eines ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Studienganges- (Mehr-)jährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Services
- und Vertriebsumfeld und/oder im Industriesektor- Starkes Interesse an vertrieblichen Themen und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift- Eigenständigkeit, strategische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein- Ausgeprägte Fertigkeiten im Umgang mit digitalen Werkzeugen insbes. Excel, Erfahrung mit Power BI von Vorteil
