Procurement Professional - Einkäufer (m/w/d) für den Standort Düsseldorf

Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des operativen Beschaffungsprozesses von Hard
- und Software im Liefer
- und Projektgeschäft
- Terminüberwachung und Verfügbarkeitsdisposition
- Rechnungsprüfung und Klärung von Sachverhalten
- Mitverantwortung für das Preismanagement
- Aktive Unterstützung der Einkaufsleitung zur Erfüllung der Team
- und Unternehmensziele
- Interne Kommunikation (z. B. Vertriebsinnendienst, Medientechnik, Kundenservice und Logistik)
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie Umsetzung von Einsparprojekten
- Initiativen zur Automatisierung von Prozessen

Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Logistik, Groß- und Außenhandel oder eine höhere Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf von Handelswaren oder Dienstleitungen vorzugsweise im AV/IT Systemumfeld und Workplace Management Solutions
- Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber workflowbasierten, digitalen Prozessen innerhalb eines agilen Arbeitsumfeldes
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, sowie hohe Service
- und Kundenorientierung
- Freundliches, verbindliches Auftreten
- Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Organisationstalent
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
