**Technical Support Specialist (German Speaker) - Lisbon, Portugal**
We are a leading multinational company seeking a talented and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. If you are a fluent German speaker with a passion for technology and customer service, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to ensure their issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
- Document and track customer issues using our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and support.

**Requirements**:
- **Language Skills**: Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German, and a good level of English (B2/C1).
- **Technical Proficiency**: Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware. Previous experience in technical support is a plus.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
