**About the Role**:
The Eater Growth team looks at how to acquire, engage and retain users for Uber Eats. We are the growth engine for Uber Eats in Germany, a market where millions of customers are underserved with only one major player.

We look for strong performers who are excited to change the status quo. In Eater Operations, you’ll constantly optimize for the best return on investment from our growth budget, experiment with new creative ways to promote Uber Eats, and share your findings with the wider team. You will focus on consumer pricing and deep dive into our user experience, always following the ultimate goal to build a sticky user experience to support our Growth in Germany.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement our consumer pricing strategy
- Rollout impactful new pricing levers together with our product and regional teams
- Create a scaleable framework to make Eater Insights useful to senior stakeholders within the Uber Eats Germany team
- Analyse data and communicate your insights to the wider Eats Leadership team.
- Growth Forecasting and supporting of planning growth budget allocation
- Own the reporting and performance management infrastructure for the Growth team
- Own the consumer Pricing P&L

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within a similar position in a fast moving environment (Scale-ups, Start-ups, Consulting, Marketing Agencies)
- Self-Starter, you explore and investigate proactively new ways of achieving our ambitious goals
- Resilient in your pursuit of new growth strategies
- Executional excellence, you’ve a strong attention to detail, plan and track your progress
- Very strong analytical skills + proficient in using Excel
- Understanding of the German delivery market
- Fluent in German and English
- Preferred: Experience in SQL/Python
- Experience in Food Delivery
