Some of your Benefits Company Pension Employee discounts Flexible Work Models Personal Development Sustainability & Social Commitment - Wertheim - Hybrid Work VERMOP GmbH You support our team as INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: - You will be responsible for preparing quotations, order processing including creating the relevant documents for Germany and export - You will create and maintain customer and article master data in the CRM & ERP system and coordinate delivery dates with customers, haulage companies and internal interfaces. - You will manage our customer database in SAP and be responsible for maintaining prices and conditions. - You will work with SAP for order management, invoicing and registration of shipping documents. - You create maintenance contracts, including administration and processing, and enter service orders, which you transmit to our service technicians, process for sales and finally invoice. - You will continuously monitor the service level and delivery times. **Qualifications**: - You have successfully completed an apprenticeship with a commercial background. - You have at least 2+ years of experience in the same position. - You have additional export knowledge, which is desirable. - In addition to good communication skills, you have a good command of written and spoken English to ensure smooth communication within an international company. - You are characterised by a customer-oriented, collegial and reliable way of working.
