**Job description**:
**Job Tasks**:

- Generate invoices based on customer orders, contracts, or other agreements.
- Enter relevant information, such as the customer's name, address, and payment terms, into the invoice management system.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and obtain necessary approvals before sending to customers.
- Track payment of invoices and update the invoice status to reflect the payment status.
- Resolve any disputes that may arise regarding invoices, such as incorrect charges or late payments.
- Generate reports on invoice trends, payment history, and other metrics to help optimize the invoice management process.
- Store invoices and other relevant documentation for a specified period of time for record-keeping purposes.

**Experience & Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or training in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in invoice management, finance, or a related field.

**Required Characteristics**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoice processing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred Characteristics**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with Invoice Portals.
- Fluent in English and German (writing and talking)
