**Your areas of responsibility include**:

- Develop features and improvements to Papershift’s products in a scalable, well-tested, and performant way.
- Lead and manage the front-end team
- Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders within Engineering (Frontend, Backend, etc..) to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
- Conducting code reviews to ensure that new code follows best practices
- Consistently ship moderate features and improvements with mínimal guidance and support from other team members. Collaborate with the team on larger projects.
- Help improve the overall experience of the product by improving the quality of the Frontend features both in your team and features that benefit other teams.
- Help identify areas of improvement in the code base, both specific to your team and outside your team, and help contribute to making it better
- Contribute to and follow our workflow process, alongside the Frontend Engineers.
- Constantly seeking growth outside of their comfort zone by leveraging 1:1 meetings.

**Your Profile should look like**:

- Experience in leading complex projects & engineering teams
- Solid understanding of the Vue.js framework
- TypeScript
- Solid understanding of ES6 + syntax and features
- Exceptional self-initiative and excellent analytical skills
- Fluent in English, excellent communication skills

Nice-to-haves:

- Tailwind
- StoryBook experience
- Vue 3 experience
- Working knowledge of Ruby on Rails
- Experience working with a remote team
- Enterprise software scaling and maintaining experience
- Atomic design experience
