Director Process Optimization

Processes and data are important elements of the digital transformation at Infineon, and digital end-to-end processes are a key field of action. This is where the Digitalization, Data & Processes (DDP) team within the Business Excellence Department (BEX) contributes and supports: We combine a cross-functional perspective with strong links both to the Process Owner community and Infineon’s digital transformation thus driving and accelerating digitalization projects. In this role, you will take over the role as a portfolio and program manager of an overarching process optimization initiative. This initiative aims to identify, prioritize, and drive process optimization and digitalization projects, while always linking these topics to the relevant data assets and the necessary data management. Your role steers and guides the overall portfolio of process optimization projects while simultaneously coaching and consulting individual projects. Your responsibilities cover a broad range from methodical guidance, best practice sharing to cultural development while having a strong focus on execution and delivery of process-focused digitalization projects.

In your new role you will:

- **Identify, evaluate, and prioritize improvement **potentials with focus on process optimization and digitalization across end-to-end processes
- **Overarching portfolio and program management **of identified and prioritized process optimization projects
- **Connecting processes and data **to leverage full potential of digitalization projects
- **Initiate and execute cross-organizational improvement **initiatives in collaboration with regional as well as functional entities
- Act as a **process optimization **and digitization consultant **and method champion
- **Establish strong interfaces **and alignment with Infineon’s overall digital transformation initiative, contributing to the field of action “Digital End-2-End Processes”
- **Foster knowledge exchange **, best practices sharing and manage communities with strong process-orientation

Communication and stakeholder management are the basis of successful projects - you should know that by heart. Furthermore, we are looking for your analytical thinking and a good sense for business needs and opportunities. One of your key traits is the ability to convince others of new or changed solutions, always pointing out the benefits in order to achieve mutual targets.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Business Administration, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering **or similar field of studies
- At least **8 years of working experience **in process optimization as well as portfolio & program management
- Good understanding of **process management, digitalization and change management**:

- The ability to **drive alignment with key stakeholders **and to manage multiple multilevel interfaces
- Profound experience leading an overarching program consisting of a **variety of complex projects **in the field of digitalization and process optimization
- The capability to **independently manage your area of responsibility **and drive improvements in harmonization and standardization
- Excellent communication skills in **English and German**
