Junior HR Generalist

**Your Responsibilities**:
As a Junior HR/People Generalist (M/F/d), you will support our People Team in all operational and strategically relevant HR topics along the entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with People Operations, Recruiting and People Partnering and take responsibility for central processes and projects. You represent the HR perspective clearly in the interests of the company - transparent, solution-oriented and with a high standard of professionalism.
- Talent Acquisition
- Creation and publication of job advertisements
- Coordination of job interviews and participation in interviews
- Supporting the development and maintenance of a talent pool
- People Operations
- Creation of personnel-related documents (contracts, certificates, references)
- Maintaining digital personnel files and HR systems
- Collaboration in onboarding and offboarding processes
- People Partnering & HR projects
- Support in the further development of HR processes and organizational structures
- Collaboration with internal interfaces such as finance and managers
- Support in conflict or change discussions

**Your Profile**:
You’re passionate about People and eager to grow in a dynamic environment. Here are the skills and mindset we're looking for:

- You have initial practical experience in HR - ideally 1-2 years (incl. working student activities or internships)
- You completed commercial training or a degree in business administration or ideally HR-related studies
- You think entrepreneurially, communicate clearly, and take a solution-oriented approach
- You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You have first experience with common HR tools - experience with Personio is a plus
- You demonstrate discretion and reliability, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- You proactively develop new ideas and drive their implementation
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Being close to our Freiburg office is a plus, and ideally, you’d be happy to work on-site a couple of times a week.
