**Director Marketing & Sales Excellence INBG**:
As the Director of Marketing & Sales Excellence, you will act as a key strategic advisor to the Management Board, responsible for leading the central marketing and sales excellence functions with full budget authority, driving high-impact initiatives across business units, and reporting directly on strategy and results to C-level management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Marketing:
- Leadership of the multisite marketing team
- Continuous development of functional capabilities and support for the Business Units
- Decisionmaking authority over the content, structure, direction, and timeline of marketing and communication measures / projects
- Management of external service providers and agencies including selection, contractual agreements, etc.
- Responsible for internal communication, e.g. intranet content
- Close interaction with the Group's marketing and sales excellence functions, e.g. implementation and monitoring of Corporate Identity and Corporate Design guidelines
- Sales Excellence:
- Conceptual design and implementation of sales excellence initiatives, e.g. new customer acquisition campaigns
- Coordination of companywide Clevel sales initiatives for the Business Group, e.g. development of a management dashboard
- Digitalization and improvement of sales processes and business responsibility for the salesforce platform
- Further development of the sales excellence framework and auditing of the sales organization to derive development initiatives
- Alignment of contentwise training needs with our sales teams and coordination with HR department
**Job Requirements**:
- Completed degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- Professional background in marketing and / or sales related positions
- Experience in leading teams, preferably internationally
- Competence to collaborate with diverse interdisciplinary teams and sensibly coordinate efforts across various business units
- Ability to work seamlessly with Top Management and communicate effectively
- Very good targetgrouporiented communication skills, empathy, team spirit, and high resilience
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel within the country and abroad
