Wir suchen für unser Office in Düsseldorf ab sofort Dich als

**Quality Assurance Assistant (m/w/d)**

in Vollzeit (40h/Woche).

**Dein Job**:

- Du unterstützt uns aktiv bei der (Weiter-)Entwicklung und Umsetzung unseres Qualitätsmanagements-Prozesses zur Optimierung unserer Produkt
- & Servicequalität
- Du unterstützt bei der Auditierung von Lieferanten überprüfst die Umsetzung aller erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung bzw. Qualitätsverbesserung
- Du entnimmst Stichproben nach internen Qualitätsstandards
- Du führst Qualitäts
- und Wareneingangsprüfungen in allen Produktgruppen in Form von Maß-, Sichtkontrollen und Waschtests durch
- Du dokumentierst Abweichungen von Qualitäts
- und Verpackungsstandards
- Du stellst bereit und pflegst digitale Auswertungen / QM-Reports
- Du sortierst und dokumentierst Waren, die wegen Mängel / Defekten retourniert werden
- Du kommunizierst mit den Abteilungen: Wareneingang, Customer Service, Retouren-Bearbeitung, Einkauf
- Du unterstützt die Lagerlogistik
- Du unterstützt bei internen und externen Audits

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion in einem Textil-, Industrie
- oder Handelsunternehmen
- Good to have: eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Modeeinzelhandel als Textil
- und Modeschneiderin oder als Bekleidungstechnischer Assistent
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Zielorientiertheit und selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an der Qualitätsentwicklung sowie eine hohe Affinität zum Produkt
- Interkulturelle Kompetenzen für unsere internationalen Lieferanten von Vorteil
- Strategisches Denken und übergreifendes Prozessverständnis
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (insbes. MS Office)
