**CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY SPECIALIST (M/W/D)**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supporting by maintaining and improving AITs corporate sustainability program
- Focusing on improving the environmental strength of AIT
- Maintaining Sustainability/ESG metrics
- Identifying and preparing improvement areas based on data analysis, interviews, and suggestions
- Validation of emission calculation for internal but also external focused audiences
- Supporting by changing the world
- Discover and analyze new ways of moving freight
- Think outside the box to drive sustainability in one of the most challenging areas

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN TEAMMATES**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Logistics and freight forwarding education or experience (preferred)
- Business related sustainability/ESG education or experience (preferred)
- Solid analytical and numerical skills for reviewing and analyzing data and conducting research and evaluating data
- Knowledge of current trends, regulations and reporting requirements affecting the environmental industry
- Project Management
- Knowledge of data structure and API management, or willingness to learn
- Thinking outside the box
- Knowledge of sustainability/ESG
- related frameworks and standards are an advantage
- Familiar with agile working practices
- OneTrust ESG, TPRM (advantage) - PowerBI, Tableau (advantage)
- CargoWise One (advantage)
- Speaks English and German
- Adjust working hours to current projects (late start, late end; early start, early end)
