**Description**

Our Trainee Program for Germany is designed for 18 months and aims to jumpstart your career with a unique journey within Hitachi Energy’s Trainee community but also interfacing functions like engineering, commissioning and site management, as well as our global centers of competence. It will take you through three to four work assignments, with the second assignment being an international placement, and then conclude with establishing yourself in a permanent position within Hitachi Energy in a high impact role. During this journey you will encounter many different business segments and experience career enhancing learning opportunities within our teams.

**Your responsibilities**
- Join a team of experienced professionals, collaborate with local and international colleagues within the Trainee community and contribute to drive the energy transition in Europe
- Gain broad and deep understanding of Hitachi Energy’s solution portfolio
- Active participation in trainings to improve personal and technical skills
- Understanding of our company and business unit strategies
- Develop your strengths with the help of regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives supported by a mentor

**Your background**
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in electrical engineering or similar
- Proficient in written and spoken German and English, additional languages are considered as an advantage
- Customer-oriented mindset is the key
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- A drive to learn new skills as well as open to receiving and providing feedback
- A positive attitude with an innovative and creative mindset
- International mobility required for your assignments
