**Overview**:
As Director Partner Manager, you will take full ownership of Sereact’s partner strategy and execution. You will lead the development of high-impact relationships with leading integrators in Europe and the US, drive revenue through strategic partnerships, and scale our AI-powered solutions globally. This role requires a visionary leader who can shape and implement scalable business models, align internal teams, and enable partners for long-term success.

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Strategic partner development**
- Identify, acquire, and manage high-value integration partners (e.g., Element Logic, TGW, Knapp, Vanderlande) to expand Sereact’s market presence.

**Revenue ownership**
- Define and achieve sales targets through a structured partner ecosystem, driving scalable revenue growth.

**Go-to-market execution**
- Develop and roll out innovative sales and licensing strategies, including co-branded solutions, with strategic partners.

**Leadership & team building**
- Establish and lead a high-performing partner management team, including training and enablement programs.

**Operational excellence**
- Implement streamlined processes and best practices to enhance collaboration and execution efficiency.

**Cross-functional collaboration**
- Align closely with Product, Solutions Design, and Operations teams to ensure seamless partner integration and joint success.

**Solution co-development**
- Work with partners to design and launch customized AI-driven solutions tailored to their business needs.

**Executive relationship management**
- Engage with C-level stakeholders at partner organizations to drive strategic alignment and long-term collaboration.

**Market expansion & travel**
- Actively drive business development through regular on-site visits to key partners (~50% travel required).

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**
- Proven success in partner management - Experience in leading high-impact partnerships, ideally in logistics, automation, or AI-driven industries.
- Industry network & market expertise - Established relationships with key system integrators and a deep understanding of their operational and commercial models.
- Leadership experience - Strong background in leading teams, setting up partner management structures, and driving organizational growth.
- Technical acumen - An engineering background or deep understanding of automation/AI solutions to effectively collaborate with technical teams and partners.
- Business & sales expertise - Ability to develop and execute successful partner-driven go-to-market strategies.

**Softskills**
- Executive-level communication - Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- High travel flexibility - Willingness to travel frequently (~50%) to strengthen partnerships and unlock new market opportunities.
- Bilingual proficiency - Strong command of both German and English.
