We are looking for a **Customer Support Scientist (M/F/d)** to join our headquarters in **Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Become an expert and power user of Biopharma product portfolio including our cutting edge single-cell dispensers, microbioreactors and centrifugal plate washers
- Assist clients on product troubleshooting and resolve workflow / (Applications) problems
- Record customer interactions and feedback using the CRM system
- Work with Sales, Marketing and R&D and provide insights for product improvement
- Measure customer satisfaction and strive to maintain loyalty

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/PhD in life sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology)
- Ability to interact with different disciplines and stakeholders (sales, engineers, users)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-focused
- Passionate about technology and laboratory instrumentation
- Independent worker and Getting-Things-Done Mindset
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel worldwide (20%)
