**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Führen und fachliches Anleiten eines Teams im Bereich Manufacturing Engineering
- Aufgaben
- und bereichsbezogene Ziele gemeinsam entwickeln, Qualifikationsmaßnahmen festlegen; Mitarbeiter unter Beachtung von Eignung und Qualifikation einsetzen. Arbeitsausführung unterstützen, Arbeitsergebnisse besprechen. Gruppenprozesse fördern. Kostenbewusstes Handeln und Verbesserungsprozesse fördern.
- Die Einhaltung gesetzlicher, tariflicher, betrieblicher Regelungen, UVV, Arbeitszeitregelungen etc. überwachen.
- Standortweite Sicherstellung der für die Erfüllung des Produktionsprogramms notwendigen Verfügbarkeit von kalibrierten Mess
- und Prüfmitteln
- Kalibrierung aller dimensionalen Messmittel, Überwachung des Kalibrierstatus aller Mess
- und Prüfmittel am Standort, Analyse von Kalibrierfehlern
- Steuerung und Priorisierung der Vermessung von Bauteilen, Sonderbetriebsmitteln und Werkzeugen auf 3D-Koordinatenmessmaschinen und optischen Messgeräten
- Entwicklung und Überwachung der Messfähigkeiten innerhalb des Unternehmens, um sicherzustellen, dass die technischen Anforderungen für die Einführung neuer Produkte, den Teiletransfer und die laufende Fertigung erfüllt werden
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der relevanten Änderungsprozesse für die Erstellung und Änderung von Messprogrammen gemäß Anforderungen aus technischen Unterlagen
- Unterstützung der Montage bei messtechnischen Problemen, um qualitäts
- und termingerechte Lieferung sicherzustellen
- Planen, Durchführen und Auswerten von spezifischen Messystemanalysen
- Erstellung von Risikoanalysen im Rahmen allgemeiner Richtlinien unter Einbeziehung, Erarbeitung und Aktualisierung von Business-Continuity Strategien

**Qualifikationen und Erfahrung**:

- Technische Hochschulausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Triebwerksmontage, Kenntnisse der Montageprozesse, gute Kenntnisse in Konstruktion, Aufbau
- und Wirkungsweise der Triebwerke
- Fachkenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich der (Koordinaten-)Messtechnik sowie der Qualitätsanforderungen für die Verwaltung von Mess
- und Prüfmitteln
- Erfahrung mit Änderungs
- und Validierungsprozessen (APQP, MSA)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Vorschriften (Normen, Spezifikationen, Zeichnungen, Prozessanweisungen)
- Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung (wünschenswert)
- Engagement, Teamfähigkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
