You are part of our newest Product Squad in Berlin, which will focus on our latest research project to push the automation and intelligence of our Kertos Platform even further. As the Product Designer on this squad, you'll shape every facet of user interaction, ensuring our product offers intuitive navigation and exceeds user expectations at every touchpoint. **What you’ll be doing here**:

- Obsess over customer challenges to uncover insights and requirements that truly resonate with user needs.
- Transform customer insights into captivating product features that leave users delighted.
- Dive into designing user experiences for AI-driven features, ensuring they seamlessly blend innovation with usability.
- Develop and refine design artifacts to test and refine product features, creating experiences that users love.
- Act as a tag team together with product and collaborate closely with tech teams to architect user journeys that navigate complex challenges, making data privacy and compliance feel intuitive.
- Introduce fresh perspectives and your innovative ideas to continually elevate our product's design and functionality.

**The skills, motivation, and mentality you should bring**:

- Equipped with a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, you have proven yourself as a Product / UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
- You have confidently guided products from inception to launch, showcasing a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- You are skilled with design tools like Figma and have hands-on experience with design systems.
- Your excellent communication and collaboration skills make cross-functional collaboration across UI/UX design, product management, and engineering teams not only smooth but enjoyable.
- You have an agile mindset, embracing the dynamic nature of working at an early-stage startup.
- Ideally, you're fluent in German and adept at conducting UX research with our German users, guaranteeing their insights play a pivotal role in shaping our product advancements._
