**Your responsibilities**:
- Deliver Front Office performance and operational excellence in the field of quantitative algorithmic trading & continuous power asset portfolio re-optimization
- Operate as a team member of the Continuous Quantitative Trading desk with 24/7 operations
- Maintain responsibilities for the daily delivery of a solid and compliant commercial performance across Uniper European markets:
- Continuous Intraday trading, both asset-backed and proprietary
- aFRR and mFRR energy bidding out of the Uniper asset portfolio in Europe
- Leading role in Renewables Short-term exposure management
- Ensure smooth operational coordination with the other Short-term trading desks and European Dispatching centers
- Project role in developing and continuously improving the Power physical quantitative trading at Uniper
- Shift role
- Report to the Continuous Quantitative Trading desk manager
**Your profile**:
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in trading functions, especially around Intraday asset-backed or prop physical trading
- Experience of Algorithmic trading and Renewables, flexible asset optimization
- Understanding of short-term market channels
- Understanding of Compliance and Regulatory rules

- High accurate and detail-oriented
- Algorithmic Programming experience, especially in Python would be a plus
Language skills
