Du verstehst gleichzeitig den Mehrwert, den unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen für die Händler:innen bringen und brennst dafür diese Vorteile immer mehr Partner:innen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Unsere Partner Management Specialists kümmern sich um die Betreuung von Partnerbetrieben und bearbeiten selbstständig Anfragen rund um die Akzeptanz unserer Produkte. Sie arbeiten dabei eng mit den Kolleg:innen aus den Merchant Teams und anderen Abteilungen zusammen und tragen damit zu einer exzellenten Servicequalität bei den Akzeptanzpartner:innen bei.

Was du machen wirst:

- Du bearbeitest Anfragen neuer Partner:innen
- Du berätst, informierst und betreust bestehende Partner:innen
- Du verhandelt Partnerverträge und schließt diese ab
- Du legst Vertragsdetails in den BackOffice-Systemen sowie CRM (Salesforce) an und kümmerst sich laufend um Datenpflege
- Du sorgst für ein aktuelles Einlöseverzeichnis
- Du erstellst Auswertung von Zahlungsdaten und Einlösungen bei Partner:innen
- Du stehst in engem Austausch mit Reimbursement und Buchhaltung, um den Partner:innen Auskunft zu Rechnungen und Zahlungen geben zu können
- Du analysierst Problemmeldungen aus dem Customer Service und trägst damit zur Lösung von Userbeschwerden bei

Anforderungen:

- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Erfahrung mit Salesforce wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in Confluence oder anderen Wissensdatenbanken-/Prozessmanagement-Tools wünschenswert
- Deutsch, Englisch wünschenswert
